The family room opens on to the shaded lanai and pool deck which has a fantastic deck with optional heated sparkling pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Sleeping accommodation at 'Jasmine Retreat' includes a spacious master bedroom that has its own private access to the pool, with a King-size sleep-soft bed, night stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, walk-in closet, plus a dresser with TV and DVD player, and a private master bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, roman bath tub, and his 'n' hers vanity basins with mirrors. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, cable TV with DVD player, clock/radio/alarm, and a walk-in closet, plus a shared family bathroom next door. The 2 twin bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, with night stands, closet space, and dresser with cable TV and DVD player. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required.
If you step outside, there's plenty to do in Orange Tree, with tennis courts, putting green, BBQ and Picnic areas, plus a volleyball court and child's play area.
