If you wish to book, please complete the on-line booking form and we will reply promptly. Bookings of less than one week are by agreement only. Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit ($350/£225). The final balance plus a security deposit of $200/£150 is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost ($161/£105 per week). Bookings of 21 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $90/£60. We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
